Are your products all-natural?

All of our products are formulated with high-quality natural plant-based, sustainable oils and butters. The all-natural collection products are scented with Essential Oils, which are natural oils extracted from plants and fruits through either distillation or cold pressing. Other products are made with natural ingredients and scented with Essential Oils and/or Fragrance Oils which are paraben and phthalate-free and perfect for those who seek more exotic scents or want a greater variety of fragrances. All of our products are free of parabens, sulphates and phthalates which makes them safer for you and the environment. Shop here for all of our products!

Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?

Absolutely! We formulate our products with gentle ingredients suitable for sensitive skin. However, we recommend conducting a patch test on a small area (e.g., washing your hands with our soap bars before full body use). Should any skin irritation occur, please discontinue use immediately.

How do we make our soaps?

We create our soap products through a cold-press process, enriching them with invigorating scents and complex aromas. We then air-cure them for 4-6 weeks. I noticed some white coating or spots on my soap. Has it gone bad?

The white coating or spots you see is called soda ash, which is completely harmless. It forms when the soap surface comes into contact with carbon dioxide in the air and will wash off after the first use. If you’re gifting the soap, you can gently remove soda ash with a damp paper towel. (Tip: Wearing gloves prevents leaving fingerprints on the bar.)

Do you have a wholesale purchasing or high-volume discounts program?

What is the shelf life of your products?

We craft our products with natural ingredients and avoid synthetic preservatives, so we recommend using most products within six months and soap bars within one year of purchase. Scents may diminish over time. To maximize product life, please store them at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.

I’m purchasing products on the website as a gift for a friend. Can I still include a personalized note with a greeting card, even if I’m not purchasing one of your gift sets?

I would like to purchase a gift set, can I change the product scent that’s listed on the website to a different scent?

Yes, leave us a note at the checkout if you would like to switch a product in the same category to a different scent. If we have the product in stock we will gladly accommodate – shop our gift sets here.

Where do you currently ship? When should I expect my order to arrive?

We are currently shipping within Canada and the United States of America (USA). After completing your purchase online, we will deliver or ship your order and send you an email notification. Do you offer free local delivery and how soon will I get my order?

We offer free shipping on all retail orders over $60 Canada-wide. Our system will automatically provide a free delivery option for you to select at checkout based on the order amount – learn more about our Shipping/Delivery terms.

Do you collect sales tax on purchases?

Sales taxes (GST/HST) apply to all Canadian customers and are based on the shipping address location – for more details and rates by province, see Sales Taxes.

Do you offer returns/refunds for online purchases?

Due to product safety and contamination concerns, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an item leaves our shelves.
