ashbury BLOOM Shipping & Delivery Policies

Ashbury BLOOM currently offers shipping via Canada Post Corporation and/or other trusted parcel carriers, as well as free shipping/local delivery with a minimum purchase.


We offer free shipping on all retail orders over $60 across Canada. This applies to retail orders placed on our website and excludes wholesale orders.

Occasionally, we may offer free delivery/shipping as part of special promotions or discounts for both retail and wholesale orders.


For retail orders under $60, we charge calculated shipping rates. During checkout, our system will determine and add the appropriate shipping rates/options.

We may offer flat rate shipping within Canada ($20 CAD) or the continental USA ($25 USD) as the most economical option when applicable.

For wholesale, large volume, and special orders, shipping starts at $25 within the Greater Toronto, Hamilton, and Niagara Region. Shipping costs vary by size, weight, and location. We offer free shipping on wholesale orders over $500 within Canada and the USA (excluding remote rural areas). International shipments may incur import taxes and charges, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Please allow 5-10 business days for order preparation. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused directly by the carrier.


Carriers typically insure parcels for $100. If you’re not home, a notification card will be left in your mailbox. It will ask you to pick up your item(s) at the nearest outlet, requiring ID for protection. We’re not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing boxes. For ‘signature upon delivery,’ request it at checkout. Additional fees may apply. Couriers generally don’t insure parcels left by recipient request if not home. We don’t recommend this option due to safety concerns. Your order is insured for $100 against loss or damage. For extra coverage, mention it when placing your order, and we’ll adjust accordingly.

After shipping, we’ll email you a tracking number. This lets you monitor your parcel’s location and arrival time. For delivery issues, contact your courier directly. Ensure the correct address is provided when ordering. A 20% restocking fee applies for cancelled orders after processing begins or if orders are refused at delivery and returned. For orders returned due to incorrect addresses or other reasons, you’ll cover shipping charges.

Specify different ‘ship to’ and ‘bill to’ addresses with PayPal at checkout. Otherwise, pay via email transfer/cash. If addresses differ and PayPal hasn’t confirmed it, they won’t guarantee the transaction.

We pack orders carefully to minimize leakage or breakage during transit. If an item arrives leaked or damaged, notify us within 48 hours.

Shipping costs, calculated by the agency, adhere to Canadian policies. If costs were miscalculated for larger boxes, we reserve the right to adjust shipping to the actual cost and will contact you for the remaining amount. Ashbury BLOOM Inc. doesn’t charge extra shipping or handling fees.
